After decades of dallying, expending all of my energy into my relationships, pouring my heart and soul into partnerships where I was not equal, outsourcing validation and trying to earn love, I finally woke up to my own true love for myself and my life’s purpose here in my 40’s.

Can we please for a moment geek out together, just us astrology nerds, about how my chart just spells out so clearly that Astrology and wisdom are exactly what I am meant to share in this world, in this life!!??
First off, grand trine in the air signs AND in the air houses!! Mental acuity, combined with clarity of speech, combined with just enough balanced feeling and logic to convey complex and subtle personal themes in a concise and compassionate manner. Yess, all of that.
Secondly, hello to my North Node Conjunct Ascendant in LEO!!! This placement literally screams for me to get seen, to be myself, and to put myself out there for all to see and hear.
And I have done my south node due diligence. I spent years, decades even in service to my community, to my partners, all behind the scenes, always a “team player”. And seeing where I took that too far, my pendulum has swung back the other way to allow me to access my Leo North Node embodiment of bold, outspoken, unabashed presence as myself.
Quick shout out to my sun’s sextile to Uranus in Scorpio, and my Juno conjunct Lilith in Scorpio, supporting the natural savagery that is Capricorn.
And last nut certainly not least- Chiron in the 10th!?! AND its my skipped step, square to the nodes of fate, the thing I MUST do to pass go and collect $200 for this lifetime!
For the first two decades of my adulthood, I looked at that placement and thought it was why I couldn’t find my place in the world. But I was failing to see the massive value in that placement in that Chiron is the Maverick who rises above hardship and challenge to distinguish himself as the teacher of teachers, the original renaissance man, medicine man and astrologer.
Bam, there is my place in the world!
And you see now, this is why I am now happy to showcase and trumpet my own best and most valuable qualities- because I spent years basically ignorant of their uniqueness and worth.
And now that I am aware, I understand it is my duty to these talents and the Divine Intelligence which bestowed them upon me, and wishes to work through me, that I must both value and share these gifts with you, because this is my part in the Great Awakening of which you are a part too, since you are here.
my story
I’m a Korean adoptee who has struggled to see my unique value and claim my place in the world throughout most of my teens, 20’s and 30’s, instead seeking external validation and fulfillment through a series of relationships where I would lose myself before starting over.
My insatiable desire to understand the bigger picture of life, and humanity’s place within it, drove me to reject the religious doctrines in which I was raised at an early age, and seek higher levels of understanding, beginning in my teens and continuing throughout my entire adult life.
My bachelors degree in Anthropology taught me many things, but mostly that academia is missing some very important answers- like all the big stuff that I really want to know about the universe, the soul, the galaxy, the web of life, etc.
That search led me to Astrology, a study I’ve been engaged in since 2010 when I began my informal studies in Sedona, AZ, starting with in-house classes with Rahelio Rodriguez, a teacher and Shamanic healer rooted in Toltec wisdom who is still practicing today.
In 2010, I fell in love, and fell flat on my face. I ditched my life, business, and community in northern AZ and found myself in a devolving situation where I would alternate having babies and trying to leave each year. And so many layers of weird, crazy, insanity, and adventure. (Memoir in the making)
Four free births in 4 different countries later, in 2019, after finally exiting that 8 year abusive relationship that left me with PTSD, 5 digits of debt, and 4 small children under 8 years old, I retreated to my childhood home where my parents gave refuge to my little tribe.
There, I dove into the challenge of fully and finally understanding and healing the wounds that kept me from ever fully believing in and investing in myself- and important chapter in my Chiron Skipped step journey!
That healing process included therapy, healing the relationship with my parents, a private course on boundaries, and a deep dive into Astrology through Annie Botticelli’sBecoming a Professional Astrologer course.
In 2021 I received a court settlement from a SWAT raid that took place at the cult I had inadvertently become a part of in 2013, and I used that money to move my growing family back to Arizona, while continuing to practice and study astrology through various mini courses, blogs, books, etc.
Since restarting my life in AZ, I have been committed to triumphing my own gifts, talents and inspirations, and building a stable and authentic life for myself and my family.
Now in midlife, I am the most clear I’ve ever been about who I am and what I’m here for, and my life is the most fulfilling and aligned that it has even been, in all areas of my life!
I am truly honored and grateful to now be in a position to serve and support others who are struggling with self worth, self trust, life direction and purpose, and helping those people get clear on their own gifts, talents and the purpose and meaning of their lives.
In Human Design, I’m a Projector — a rare energy type known for seeing into systems deeply and cutting straight to what matters.
It’s not something I do intentionally; it’s just how I’m wired. In readings, that tends to mean we skip the surface and go somewhere real, fast.
I am fairly novice to the Human Design system, however I can already see clearly how this describes me deeply, and I am including it here for those of you who like to get to know a person through this channel.
